Heart Breakfast celebrates 1000 shows!
It’s been 4 years and 1000 shows since Jamie Theakston and I braved the airwaves together. We’d only met once or twice before our first show and I can honestly say it’s been fantastic fun. Yes, I get up at 4.30 in the morning only to be heckled for my lack of height at various intervals both on and off air but it’s still worth it. Jamie is a dream to work with. He’s funny and sharp which doesn’t make for an easy morning if you’ve pushed it the night before. My favourite guests over the years have been Lionel Richie, George Clooney, Dawn French, Will Smith and Kermit. I don’t like all puppets equally though as Roland Rat is banned following annoying aggressive behaviour. Qualities only I am allowed to exhibit on the show.

I had to pleasure of meeting you on the 1000th show, you are such a lovley person, you made me feel so welcome that was the best morning i had in ages with you and jamie, your web page is so good, just wish i could of had a bit of that cake, i am a massive fan
